Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN) Yojana is a scheme of the Government of India made in the interest of farmers, under which financial assistance is provided to the farmers. For PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, the central government of india has been launched the e-portal pmkisan.gov.in where the beneficiary farmers can see the PM Kisan Status and get solutions to all the things related to the scheme. Under this scheme, annual financial assistance of ₹ 6,000 is given to the eligible beneficiary farmers and this amount is given to the farmers in installments. Each installment is of Rs 2,000 which is transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiary farmers through DBT.

When this scheme was launched on 24 February 2019, its benefits were being given only to small and medium/large farmers who have 2 hectares of land, but later the form of this scheme was changed and a rule was made that every farmer would be eligible for this scheme regardless of the area of ​​land. PM Kisan e-KYC Process

The process of eKYC under PM Kisan Yojana is as follows:

• First of all, go to the PM Kisan website – https://pmkisan.gov.in/
• Find the “Farmers Corner” section on the homepage. Click on “eKYC” in it.

• Now enter the Aadhaar number. After Entering the correct Aadhaar number, click on “Search Button“.

Beneficiary farmers whose mobile number is linked to Aadhaar will get a OTP from pmkisan. Enter the OTP in the correct place and click on the Submit button.

PM Kisan Biometric e-KYC Process

If any beneficiary farmer is not linked to his mobile number, then he can do e-KYC through biometric method. For e-KYC through biometric medium, the beneficiary farmer’s can go to their nearest CSC (Common Service Center). In CSC, e-KYC of such beneficiary farmers is done through biometric verification.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Registration Process

• First of all visit the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana – https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
• Now find the “New Farmer Registration” option in the “Farmers Corner” section and click on it

• In the next window “New Farmer Registration Form” will open, Here fill in the required information properly.

How to Fill Registration Form Details:

1. Choose one option from Rural Farmer Registration and Urban Farmer Registration. If the beneficiary farmer is from Rural area then choose Rural Farmer Registration and if the beneficiary farmer is from Urban area then choose Urban Farmer Registration option.
2. Enter the Aadhaar number of the farmer
3. Enter the valid mobile number of the farmer
4. Select the State
5. Enter the captcha carefully
6. Click on Get OTP Button.

• After clicking on Get OTP, the next page will open and an OTP will be sent to the beneficiary farmer’s mobile number. Enter OTP correctly and verify it.
• Now here you have to fill in the required information of the farmer. Aadhar number, bank account details, land details (land khasra number, area etc.), mobile number etc. will have to be filled.
• While filling the land details (like Khasra number, Account number, area of ​​land) keep in mind that this information should match with the land records of the State Government.
• Here, if required, you may need to upload Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and land related documents.
• After filling all the information correctly, recheck the entire form once and Submit the form by clicking on the Submit button.
• After successful submission of the form, you will get a unique “Registration Number”, note it down and keep it safely, it will be useful in the future.

PM Kisan Yojana Eligibility

To be eligible for the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana, a person must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The applicant should be an Indian citizen
• The applicant should be a farmer and should have cultivable land
• The applicant should not be a professional in the field of engineering, medicine, law, architecture or chartered accountancy
• The applicant should not be a retired person receiving a monthly pension of at least Rs 10,000
• The applicant should not have filed income tax last year

PM Kisan 19th Installment Date

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, beneficiary farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6000 every year.
